- 45 ml Dark Rum
- 20 ml Lime Juice
- 10 ml Sugar Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Soda water to top
- Garnish
- Orange slice, pineapple wedge and cocktail cherry
- Method
- Shake rum, lime juice, sugar syrup and bitters with ice, strain into an ice-filled highball glass, top with soda water.
