- 30 ml Lime Juice
- 20 ml Sugar Syrup
- 1 Egg White
- 3 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Garnish
- Angostura bitters drops on foam
- Method
- Dry shake all ingredients, then shake again with ice, strain into a glass, garnish with bitters drops on the foam.
