- 20 ml Lime Juice
- 15 ml Sugar Syrup
- 4 Mint Leaves
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Champagne to top
- Garnish
- Mint leaf
- Method
- Shake rum, lime juice, sugar syrup, mint and bitters with ice, double strain into a chilled coupe, top with champagne.
